Hunts easy and slow and checks out all the cover. Lew did well. She pointed and held grouse and retrieved to hand even woodcock. She is a hard hunter and very busy in the woods. We shot 38 grouse over points alone. I did something very bad to Pete. He was on point and nothing flushed. I thought it was a woodcock so I thought it would be a good time to get a picture of him on point. On the third snap of the camera, the biggest grouse I’ve ever seen flew out from under his nose.
